What you will do

• Lead multiple concurrent engineering, operations, production, and infrastructure project workstreams in a lithium manufacturing environment.
• Develop project plans, schedules, milestones, budgets, and risk registers, and track delivery against agreed requirements.
• Coordinate internal teams, contractors, suppliers, customers, and international stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.
• Monitor risks and delays, implement mitigation plans, and manage change-control processes.
• Lead project meetings, prepare status reports for senior management, and support design reviews, commissioning, and operational readiness.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, environmental, health, regulatory, and company standards while driving continuous improvement.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or a related technical discipline.
• Proven project management experience in manufacturing, industrial, process, chemical, energy, or related engineering environments.
• Strong understanding of engineering project lifecycles, delivery methodologies, planning, prioritization, and risk management.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, presentation, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
• Fluent Croatian and English, written and spoken, required.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and workstreams simultaneously.
