Project Manager (Robotics)

What you will do

• Own customer projects end to end, including planning, execution, monitoring, and closure.
• Define project goals, milestones, and deliverables while managing risks, stakeholders, quality, budgets, and timelines.
• Coordinate interdisciplinary Software, Robotics, Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams.
• Maintain communication with national and international B2B customers and strengthen project partnerships.
• Continuously improve project processes and support Customer Success-led and partner-led engagements.
• Contribute to future activities in Partner Management or Customer Success.

Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or a comparable field.
• Several years of project management experience, preferably in a software or technology environment.
• Experience with predictive and agile project methodologies and related tools.
• Strong understanding of software products and technical concepts, with proven B2B customer project experience.
• Excellent German and English skills required.
• Structured, solution-oriented, self-driven, resilient, and comfortable working in ambiguous environments.
