Information Security Manager (Fintech)

What you will do

• Strengthen information security governance, the information security management system, and the ICT risk framework.
• Drive vendor due diligence and third-party risk management procedures.
• Coordinate information security initiatives and continuously improve governance capabilities.
• Lead security awareness, communication, and training activities.
• Provide guidance on information classification, criticality analysis, staff security, travel security, and physical security.
• Maintain security policies and procedures and support GRC activities and client security requests.

Requirements

• 3–5 years of experience in a similar information security role.
• Experience in information security, preferably within the EU financial sector.
• Knowledge of ISO 27001 and NIST standards and frameworks.
• Previous experience with DORA Regulation EU 2022/2554.
• Relevant education in IT or information security.
• Fluent English is required as the corporate language.
