Information Security Manager - Protective Security (Cybersecurity)

What you will do

• Lead specialists responsible for protective security governance and oversight.
• Implement the Swedish Protective Security Act and Ordinance within information and IT security.
• Define and oversee security standards, baselines, and requirements.
• Guide risk assessments and threat analyses and align mitigation strategies with business needs.
• Establish processes to monitor and validate security measures and resilience against evolving threats.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams of high-performing specialists.
• Experience in security governance and protective security.
• Ability to translate legislation and standards into practical security frameworks.
• Strategic, analytical, proactive, and solution-oriented approach.
• Excellent Swedish and English communication skills are required.
• Good understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices.
