Information Security Manager - Governance, Risk and Compliance

What you will do

• Lead the strategic development of the Security Management System in alignment with ISO/IEC 27001, regulations, and business objectives.
• Head the Governance, Risk and Compliance team and lead specialists in a complex security environment.
• Translate security strategy into practical guidelines and processes across the organization.
• Align security controls and risk mitigation with IT and technical functions throughout the IT lifecycle.
• Lead automation and digitalization initiatives for security processes.
• Oversee compliance, security controls, risk management, and remediation of identified gaps.

Requirements

• Proven experience leading teams of highly skilled security specialists.
• Strong experience in Governance, Risk and Compliance and security leadership in complex environments.
• Strategic, analytical, and solution-oriented approach with strong problem-solving skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills in Swedish and English.
• Good understanding of relevant regulations, standards, and security best practices.
• Successful security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for security-cleared positions.
