Information Security Specialists (Cybersecurity)

Location: Solna/Stockholm or Kallebäck/Göteborg, Sweden

What you will do

• Maintain and develop the Security Management System in line with ISO/IEC 27001, best practices, and organizational goals.
• Translate security requirements into practical guidelines for business and IT teams.
• Oversee security controls, monitor compliance, and identify and address gaps.
• Coordinate information security risk management across the organization.
• Modernize operating procedures through digital tools and automation.
• Build relationships with stakeholders, auditors, and management while providing security guidance.

Requirements

• University degree or relevant experience in information security, IT security, risk management, or a related field.
• Experience in information security governance, preferably with ISO/IEC 27001, NIST 800-171, protective security, or COMSEC.
• Strong knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong organizational and analytical skills with attention to detail.
• Ability to explain security risks and requirements in Swedish and English.
• Successful security vetting is required; additional citizenship obligations may apply for positions requiring security clearance.

Nice to have

• Experience with security accreditation and secure IT system design.
• Experience in the defense industry, government authorities, or global organizations.
• Experience developing security-related processes, methods, tools, and standard operating procedures using digital tools and automation.
• Leadership or project management experience.
