Business Information Security Officer

Location: Solna/Stockholm or Kallebäck/Göteborg, Sweden

What you will do

• Integrate the Security Management System into business operations and align security practices with business needs.
• Develop practical solutions for secure information handling and communication.
• Support business units in implementing information security requirements and maintaining compliance.
• Promote security awareness, engagement, education, and a positive security culture.
• Represent business needs within the Information and Cyber Security organization and provide guidance to stakeholders.
• Coordinate local information security incident investigations and remediation activities.

Requirements

• University degree or relevant experience in information security, IT security, risk management, or a related field.
• Strong knowledge of information security principles and frameworks, including ISO/IEC 27001, NIST 800-171, protective security, and COMSEC.
• Knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication, collaboration, and coordination skills.
• Ability to balance security requirements with operational efficiency and business objectives.
• Professional proficiency in Swedish and English is required.

Nice to have

• Broad understanding of security disciplines and their interaction within a larger security framework.
• Experience in the defense industry, government authorities, or global organizations.
• Experience supporting organizational change and building a positive security culture.
• Ability to communicate technical security requirements to technical and non-technical audiences.
