Ground Segment Maintenance & Governance Engineer (Galileo)

What you will do

• Operate and maintain the AMT and VMT tools within the Galileo Ground Segment.
• Lead internal Non-Conformance Review Boards and support customer-facing Anomaly Review Boards.
• Prepare agendas, minutes, action tracking reports, service management reports, and customer-facing deliverables.
• Monitor anomalies, maintenance activities, corrective and preventive actions, and Change Control Requests.
• Coordinate software releases, deployment documentation, and operational data extraction and analysis.
• Collaborate with engineering, operations, maintenance, cybersecurity, and customer teams while improving governance processes.

Requirements

• Experience in maintenance management, service management, operational support, or change management.
• Experience coordinating review boards and decision-making forums, including action tracking and stakeholder management.
• Strong understanding of change, configuration, release management, and deployment processes.
• Knowledge of asset and vulnerability management, software baselines, vulnerability tracking, remediation planning, RBAC, and operational security.
• Experience preparing technical documentation, anomaly and maintenance reports, Change Control Requests, and customer deliverables.
• Fluent English, written and spoken, is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in space programmes or critical infrastructure projects, particularly within the Galileo ecosystem.
• Knowledge of cybersecurity, vulnerability management, system administration, and service management tools.
