A400M Engineering Change Leader

Location: Getafe, Spain; hybrid working model with regular teleworking when possible.

What you will do

• Lead the engineering change flow for the Systems and Integration Team within the A400M programme.
• Support the preparation of change documentation, including CR and TRS documents.
• Support certification activities with relevant authorities.
• Prepare configuration reports and define criteria and requirements for aircraft design product structures.
• Represent Configuration Management in configuration meetings and verify that product structures meet change objectives and procedures.
• Contribute to PLM requirements, configuration procedures, new processes, tools, and AI-enabled ways of working.

Requirements

• Degree in Aeronautical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related discipline.
• At least 4 years of experience in the aeronautical sector, including Configuration Management, Design, Systems Analysis, or Manufacturing Engineering.
• At least 2 years of Configuration Management experience on the A400M, A350, or A380 programmes.
• Knowledge of configuration management tools and PLM systems, including ICC, PDMLink System View, or APS modules.
• Advanced English required.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with a proactive and improvement-oriented approach.

• Spanish language skills.
• Experience contributing to new processes, tools, or technology adoption.
