What you will do

• Lead and implement strategic and operational projects in cross-functional settings.
• Support strategic initiatives involving the Management Board.
• Conduct independent, complex analyses and research.
• Develop new business fields with operational teams.
• Communicate and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyze relevant KPIs and derive concrete actions for business development.

Requirements

• Above-average university degree from a top university.
• 1–2 years of experience in strategy and business development within a leading consultancy, financial services firm, or industry environment.
• Strong analytical skills and a distinctive understanding of numbers.
• Ability to work in a fast-moving scale-up environment with a structured and proactive approach.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and Google Workspace.
