What you will do
- Design and implement global commercial excellence strategies to improve sales-force effectiveness.
- Optimize pricing, customer segmentation, lead management, opportunity tracking, and campaign-performance infrastructure.
- Use data, analytics, and KPIs to support commercial decision-making.
- Drive adoption of Salesforce, pricing software, and other digital commercial tools.
- Coordinate product and campaign launch excellence with Marketing and regional teams.
- Lead tool and process experts, coordinate global stakeholders, and support post-merger integration.
Requirements
- Degree in Business Administration, Sales, or a related field.
- 5+ years of experience in Commercial Excellence, Sales Operations, or Commercial Strategy within B2B or the chemical industry.
- Strong experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce, and pricing software.
- Project management, team leadership, analytical, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder-management skills.
- Fluent English is required.
