Manager, Commercial Operations (AI & Automation)

What you will do

• Design, refine, and deploy standardized operating procedures for commercial operations across regional markets.
• Lead the adoption of AI tools, workflow automation, and integrated systems to reduce manual work.
• Build change-management frameworks, enablement processes, and feedback loops for distributed teams.
• Lead cross-functional operational projects with Product, Engineering, Data, regional commercial leaders, and external partners.
• Define KPIs, measure ROI, and continuously audit and optimize commercial workflows.

Requirements

• 8–10 years of experience in Commercial Operations, Process Improvement, or Business Strategy.
• Experience scaling operational initiatives across regional or multi-market environments.
• Expertise in commercial operations, process design, vendor lifecycle management, and operational governance.
• Strong knowledge of workflow automation, intelligent commercial tools, and systems integration.
• Experience with e-commerce, quick commerce, or on-demand retail networks and their unit economics.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Economics, Data Analytics, or a related field.

Nice to have

• Lean Six Sigma or a similar process improvement certification.
• Experience building regional structures and operational systems from the ground up.
