Manager, Ninja Mart (Sales Excellence)

Location: Subang Jaya, Selangor, Malaysia. On-site position.

What you will do

• Lead end-to-end sales operations initiatives, process improvements, standards, workflows, and operational administration.
• Manage weekly and monthly sales planning, revenue forecasting, category and SKU tracking, and business reporting.
• Monitor sales productivity and KPIs including call rates, strike rates, revenue breakdowns, customer acquisition, and regional performance.
• Lead business reviews and large-scale projects that improve sales productivity, operational effectiveness, and business performance.
• Roll out sales tools and systems, including the Distribution Management System, and support adoption, training, and continuous improvement.
• Coordinate Sales Operations, Commercial teams, Area Sales Managers, and regional leadership through business reviews and cross-functional initiatives.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Operations, or a related field.
• At least 5 years of experience in commercial management or sales operations.
• Proven experience in sales operations, sales management, and product management.
• Experience working in a fast-paced environment and successfully executing projects.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Google Sheets.
• Strong analytical, project management, process optimisation, and cross-functional collaboration skills.
