Identity Engineer - PAM

Location: Hybrid role based in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia

What you will do

• Discover and onboard privileged accounts across servers, databases, cloud platforms, and enterprise systems.
• Maintain PAM platform stability through operational support, incident troubleshooting, service requests, and change management.
• Review and improve PAM policies, including automated password rotation and account discovery controls.
• Partner with Identity Architects to design scalable onboarding patterns and deliver the PAM platform roadmap.
• Support audits, maintain operational documentation, and drive continuous improvements across the IAM ecosystem.

Requirements

• 3+ years of hands-on engineering experience managing enterprise PAM solutions, with strong CyberArk expertise.
• In-depth knowledge of IAM concepts, least privilege, and security best practices.
• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical discipline.
• Experience with operational support, incident resolution, debugging, and engineering delivery.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills for collaboration with technical teams and business partners.

Nice to have

• Experience with SailPoint, Entra ID, Saviynt, or other Identity Governance and Administration tools.
• Relevant security certifications such as CISSP.
