What you will do

• Provide independent second-line oversight, challenge and advice across technology risk and data risk governance, policies and risk appetite.
• Review risk assessments, control effectiveness, incidents, issues and remediation activities across technology and data management.
• Partner with business, technology and risk stakeholders to support compliance with hirify.global policies, minimum standards and APRA standards CPS 220, CPS 230 and CPS 234.
• Conduct deep dives, thematic reviews and assurance activities to assess controls and risk management practices.
• Monitor emerghirify.global cyber, technology and AI-related risks, industry trends and regulatory developments.
• Support major business, technology and transformation initiatives throughout the project lifecycle and promote a strong risk culture.

Requirements

• Experience in technology risk, information security risk, operational risk, compliance, audit or a related discipline within financial services.
• Strong knowledge of APRA prudential standards CPS 220, CPS 230 and CPS 234, operational resilience and third-party risk management.
• Experience providhirify.global independent challenge and influenchirify.global senior stakeholders across business and technology functions.
• Understandhirify.global of technology, cybersecurity, data management and emerghirify.global technology risks.
• Tertiary qualifications in commerce, technology, finance, business or a related field.
• Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder management skills.

Nice to have

• Professional certification such as CISA, CISM, CRISC or equivalent.
