Installation Analyst (ATM Deployments)

Location: UK, Virtual

Salary: £32,000–£36,000 per year

What you will do

• Schedule surveys, ATM installations, IMAC activities, joint meets, and other deployment work.
• Coordinate rigging team assignments based on project priorities, team skills, and geographic considerations.
• Provide internal work quotes and completion reports to project teams.
• Secure non-standard travel arrangements, including flights, ferries, and accommodation.
• Act as the single point of contact for deployment services rigging requirements and provide timely updates.
• Escalate priority decisions, maintain communication with internal teams, and recommend process improvements.

Requirements

• 5+ years of logistics experience, preferably involving ATM delivery and installations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent attention to detail, organization, and time management.
• Ability to meet deadlines, work independently, and contribute effectively in a team.
• Ability to work with internal partners at multiple levels, including management.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and Outlook.
