Salary: $88,900–$151,100 USD annual base pay

What you will do

• Assess institutional client requirements and determine implementation needs for custody, trust, and asset servicing products.
• Develop and implement product, service, process, and operational solutions with clients, investment managers, and internal stakeholders.
• Coordinate account onboarding, implementation, service setup, documentation, and implementation plans.
• Act as the primary liaison between clients, Relationship Managers, Sales, Client Service, and operational teams.
• Identify implementation risks, resolve complex service challenges, and provide proactive solutions.
• Deliver client and internal training sessions remotely and onsite and prepare implementation status reports.

Requirements

• 6–10 years of experience in institutional trust, custody, asset servicing, product implementation, or client servicing.
• Strong knowledge of institutional trust, custody, and asset servicing products, operations, workflows, and systems.
• Experience managing complex client implementations, onboarding, and service requirements.
• Strong analytical, organizational, problem-solving, negotiation, communication, and project management skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and implementation, reporting, and client service technology tools.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States without current or future employment-based visa sponsorship.
