Manager, Asset Management (Facilities Reliability)

What you will do

• Develop and improve the Strategic Asset Management Plan, governance frameworks, lifecycle strategies, and investment methodologies.
• Establish asset reliability programs using RCM, FMEA/FMECA, RCA, reliability growth, criticality assessments, and risk evaluations.
• Govern long-term asset plans, condition assessments, remaining useful life analysis, renewal strategies, asset registers, and technical documentation.
• Build asset performance dashboards and predictive analytics for maintenance performance, reliability trends, failure modes, asset health, and lifecycle costs.
• Lead total cost of ownership analysis, OPEX/CAPEX recommendations, business cases, and risk-based investment prioritization.
• Support IFM performance management, vendor accountability, asset ownership models, and the transition to the IFM 2.0 operating model.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or higher in Mechanical, Electrical, Industrial, Facilities Engineering, or a related field.
• 10–15 years of experience in asset management, reliability engineering, infrastructure management, industrial facilities, utilities, or manufacturing operations.
• At least 5 years of experience in strategic Asset Management leadership roles.
• Experience developing Asset Management frameworks, Long-Term Asset Plans, reliability programs, lifecycle strategies, and capital planning programs.
• Experience in facility operations, maintenance management, reliability engineering, and technical troubleshooting.
• Experience in semiconductor, pharmaceutical, manufacturing, or mission-critical facility environments is preferred.

Nice to have

• Emergency response leadership experience.
• Experience with ISO 55000 principles and industry best practices.
