Senior Engineer, Facilities Site Management

hirify.global is hiring for a facilities site management role supporting semiconductor and high-tech manufacturing operations.

What you will do

• Act as the primary interface between facilities process engineering, production organizations, construction teams, and external stakeholders.
• Gather and translate production requirements into actionable project scopes, technical solutions, and execution plans.
• Coordinate end-to-end project delivery, including schedules, resources, deliverables, risks, and mitigation actions.
• Facilitate cross-functional communication and resolve stakeholder gaps or conflicts.
• Coordinate contractors and support execution in compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Improve project coordination processes, communication flow, and execution quality.

Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in project coordination, facilities engineering support, or similar work in semiconductor or high-tech manufacturing environments.
• Strong understanding of facilities systems, including UPW, wastewater, HVAC, and process utilities.
• Experience managing multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, including the ability to translate requirements between technical and non-technical teams.
• Structured, detail-oriented, proactive, and accountable approach to project planning and execution.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, cross-functional, 24/7 operational environment.
