Product Engineer - RAPID (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Serve as the central technical interface across design engineering, manufacturing, technical support, quality, marketing, and field operations throughout the product life cycle.
• Improve product serviceability, cost of service, approved vendor lists, reliability, diagnostics, calibrations, design tolerances, and intellectual property protection.
• Analyze beta and sustaining escalations, data, and field issues to create executable action plans for customer service and technical support engineers.
• Integrate and validate beta systems and subsystems, define requirements for feature requests, and support field service teams with hands-on technical expertise.
• Develop technical reports, scripts, documentation, knowledge-management materials, and standardized best-known methods.
• Work with Learning and Knowledge Services to define training requirements, train instructors, teach initial courses, and audit training quality.

Requirements

• Doctorate with 0 years of related experience, or a master’s degree with 3 years of related experience, or a bachelor’s degree with 5 years of related experience.
• Strong analytical and data-analysis skills, with the ability to evaluate sophisticated problems involving multiple factors.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills and the ability to work independently.
• Ability to work effectively in multidisciplinary, multicultural teams and take a leadership role when needed.

Nice to have

• Hands-on experience with EUV tools or semiconductor processing equipment.
• Reticle equipment experience.
• Experience developing and delivering remote technical training using virtual reality, augmented reality, and video.
