Field Service Engineer - Mech

Location: Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia; extensive international travel of up to 90% is required.

What you will do

• Test and evaluate equipment performance at customer plants against technical, contractual, and safety specifications.
• Handle, verify, and transfer equipment non-conformities.
• Prepare job progress charts and technical reports for completed activities.
• Perform field activities according to standard operating procedures, coordination plans, and customer rules.
• Identify after-sales opportunities and report team site activities.
• Coach junior colleagues and act as an assessor during practical field qualification assessments.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in field activities.
• Experience in the beverage industry.
• Strong technical background in mechanical, automation, electrical, or process engineering.
• Ability to travel internationally for up to 90% of the time.
• Availability to work in Kuala Lumpur and perform customer-site activities is required.
