Forward Deployed AI Scientist (AI)

Location: Mexico; must live within a reasonable commuting distance of the home office and attend the office as directed. Travel to client sites is often required.

What you will do

• Apply data science methods and advanced analytics to real-world business situations across industries.
• Partner with clients across BCG regions and industries, including on topics such as climate change.
• Design, build, and deploy innovative data-driven solutions.
• Translate complex data science concepts and results into clear business implications and visualizations.
• Work collaboratively with modern development tools and codebases.
• Lead teams and manage projects in a client-facing environment.

Requirements

• Significant experience applying advanced analytics across varied business situations.
• Deep understanding of modern machine learning techniques and their mathematical foundations.
• Ability to synthesize complex data and explain sophisticated data science concepts clearly.
• Comfort with collaborative coding and modern development tools; software development or DevOps experience is an advantage.
• Strong project management skills and confidence in client-facing work.
• Any degree program, including part-time study, must be completed before starting at BCG.
