What you will do

• Build and deploy the next generation of AI solutions for clients across industries and BCG regions.
• Own activities across the analytics value chain, including framing business challenges, designing algorithms, implementing software, and deploying scalable solutions.
• Apply software development practices and standards to create robust and maintainable software.
• Participate actively in every stage of the software development life cycle.
• Guide non-technical teams and consultants on robust software development practices.
• Develop thought leadership, scientific papers, and conference presentations on behalf of BCG X.

Requirements

• Experience with software development and large-scale data analytics.
• Strong problem-solving skills and intellectual curiosity across industries and topics.
• Ability to optimize the computational efficiency of algorithms and software designs.
• Ability to collaborate with teams and interact directly with clients.
• Proficiency in Python.
• Any degree program must be completed before starting at BCG.
