Data Scientist (AI)

Location: Hybrid in Guadalajara, Mexico; candidates must be based in Guadalajara and able to work onsite at the office as needed.

What you will do

• Apply advanced statistical techniques to structured and unstructured data to build product features, marketing content, and internal services.
• Conduct machine learning research and develop product feature prototypes for the sales engagement domain.
• Collaborate with product, engineering, sales, and customer success teams to translate business and customer needs into data science problems.
• Own complex projects from experimental design and model implementation through completion.
• Contribute across data engineering, algorithm development, and analytical responsibilities as needed.
• Communicate research findings and technical concepts clearly to stakeholders and technical partners.

Requirements

• Must be based in Guadalajara, Mexico and able to work onsite at the Guadalajara office as needed.
• 2+ years of experience as an AI researcher, data scientist, or machine learning engineer.
• Experience delivering research projects from experimental design through model implementation.
• Strong proficiency in AI agent systems, natural language processing, and classical machine learning.
• Python experience for data processing, machine learning, and AI agents.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangGraph, Google ADK, or OpenAI Agents SDK.
