What you will do
- Design and implement production-grade AI solutions based on LLMs, transformer models, RAG pipelines, and agentic systems.
- Build and optimize multi-step AI agents with tool and API invocation, reasoning chains, and state management.
- Deploy and optimize AI applications across AWS, Azure, or GCP for scalability, reliability, and cost-efficiency.
- Develop prompt engineering practices, evaluation frameworks, and monitoring for latency, grounding, factuality, and cost.
- Implement guardrails and Responsible AI controls, including prompt-injection mitigation, content moderation, bias reduction, and safety measures.
- Collaborate with Data Science, Engineering, MLOps, and Product teams to move AI solutions from prototypes to production.
Requirements
- Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Strong expertise in transformer-based models, LLM architectures, and applied machine learning or generative AI systems in production.
- Hands-on experience with frameworks such as LangChain, LlamaIndex, OpenAI API, CrewAI, Azure Prompt Flow, or AWS Bedrock Agents.
- Advanced Python proficiency and experience writing modular, maintainable, production-grade code.
- Experience with containerization, CI/CD pipelines, versioning, and cloud-native architectures.
- Strong leadership, collaboration, and communication skills across Data Science and Engineering.
