Area Sales Manager (Water Analysis)

Location: Mellingen, Switzerland; residence required in the Zurich-Basel region with travel across northern and central Swiss German-speaking regions. Customer-site visits are required, with 1–4 European trips per year for training and meetings.

What you will do

• Promote and develop sales of water analysis solutions across the Swiss German regions of Switzerland.
• Visit customers and conduct product demonstrations.
• Provide technical support and build new business opportunities.
• Negotiate with customers and retain existing accounts.
• Analyze territorial market trends and implement actions to achieve annual sales targets.
• Maintain timely and accurate reports in the Salesforce CRM.

Requirements

• Degree in science, engineering, or equivalent experience.
• Direct experience selling or using analysis instrumentation.
• Residence in the Zurich-Basel region of Switzerland and willingness to travel throughout the northern and central Swiss German-speaking regions.
• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
• Good spoken and written Swiss German and English.

• Experience in water treatment.
• Background in chemistry.
• French language skills.
