What you will do

• Define and execute the Canberra branch strategy across Australian Federal Government and Defence markets.
• Own full branch P&L performance, including cloud revenue, renewals, expansions, services collaboration, and pipeline quality.
• Build executive relationships with Federal agencies and the Australian Defence Organisation at Secretary, CFO, CIO, and Chief Data Officer level.
• Lead and develop the Canberra branch management team and future sales leaders.
• Shape the partner ecosystem, joint pipeline programmes, sovereign cloud architecture, and delivery quality.
• Sponsor strategic customer programmes and track transformation outcomes through the first 12 months after go-live.

Requirements

• Proven management of a public-sector or government-focused technology sales business with full P&L accountability and sustainable revenue growth.
• Deep knowledge of the Australian Federal Government market, including APS reform priorities, funding cycles, procurement governance, and central agency dynamics.
• Experience with the Australian Defence procurement environment, including CASG, Defence reform activities, capability programmes, and long-cycle opportunities.
• Established relationships with senior government executives and the credibility to operate as a trusted executive partner.
• Experience leading, coaching, and developing high-performing teams and managing technology partner ecosystems.
• Fluency in enterprise modernisation, including cloud ERP, AI, data platforms, sovereign cloud, and data residency.
