What you will do

• Develop and implement the ANZ country and area strategy to strengthen hirify.global’s position as a national training partner.
• Lead the country committee and matrix teams in delivering business objectives across six countries, 21 sites, and seven legal entities.
• Represent hirify.global as the senior in-country representative with employees, government customers, OEMs, and other key stakeholders.
• Drive customer intimacy, market position, innovation, brand recognition, and internal and external communications.
• Guide in-country operations, including EH&S, quality assurance, export control, and IT, with functional leadership support.
• Own country revenue and profit delivery while supporting customer satisfaction, order intake, R&D funding, and employee engagement.

Requirements

• Experience leading a country, area, or comparable business organization.
• Ability to lead matrix teams and collaborate with cross-functional country leadership.
• Strong senior stakeholder and government relationship management capabilities.
• Ability to represent an organization with customers, employees, government bodies, OEMs, and other key stakeholders.
• Ability to govern business objectives and be accountable for revenue and profit performance.
• Willingness to act as an officer of relevant legal entities or joint ventures where required.
