Partnerships Manager (Entertainment)

Location: Cyprus; office-based role in Limassol. Relocation to Cyprus is supported, including a 3-year Cyprus work visa and assistance for the employee's family.

What you will do

• Manage existing partner relationships, resolve issues, review results, and identify expansion opportunities.
• Research and prioritize new technology, hardware, marketing, and content partners.
• Build business cases covering revenue, costs, resources, return on investment, and business metrics.
• Negotiate and formalize partnership scope, commercial terms, responsibilities, timelines, and success metrics.
• Coordinate launches with Product, Marketing, Analytics, Engineering, Legal, and other internal teams.
• Manage joint campaigns when needed and optimize partnerships based on performance results.

Requirements

• 4+ years of experience managing the full partnership lifecycle.
• Experience in business development, partner sourcing, relationship management, negotiation, launch, and performance review.
• Strong analytical, written, spoken, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple partnerships independently and coordinate cross-functional projects.
• Experience working with product, engineering, and marketing teams.
• Strong written and spoken English required.

Nice to have

• Experience in brand marketing, communications, or user acquisition.
• Experience in product management, product operations, or product integrations.
• Experience with technology companies, hardware manufacturers, or content providers.
• Basic understanding of APIs and integrations.
• Experience with joint campaigns, affiliate partnerships, revenue-sharing agreements, or partner risk reviews.
