Senior Account Manager (PSPs) (Fintech)

Location: Cyprus; fully remote

What you will do

• Build and maintain long-term relationships with key PSP partners.
• Analyze partnerships and identify opportunities to increase revenue and margins.
• Negotiate commercial conditions, including discounts and referral terms.
• Develop referral opportunities and facilitate introductions of new clients.
• Create and execute joint development plans with PSPs.
• Track partnership initiatives and coordinate execution with internal teams.

Requirements

• 2+ years of experience in account management, key account management, partnerships, or a similar client-facing role.
• Experience in fintech, payments, or the PSP industry, including direct work with PSPs.
• Strong relationship-building, communication, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to identify account-growth opportunities.
• English at B2 level and Russian at C1 level.
• Ownership, reliability, leadership mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
