OSAT Capacity Planning Manager

What you will do

• Develop and maintain near-term and long-range capacity plans across OSAT processes, including wafer sort, bump, advanced packaging, assembly, test, burn-in, and post-test.
• Own Kinaxis capacity models, validating model logic, constraints, data structures, and execution readiness.
• Translate planning outputs into operational execution plans with engineering, operations, and subcontractor teams.
• Lead constraint-based planning, bottleneck management, scenario planning, and resolution of capacity risks.
• Govern supplier capacity, including CapEx investment tracking, expansion timelines, and infrastructure planning.
• Build executive dashboards and coordinate production issues affecting customer order fulfillment.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in semiconductor backend operations, OSAT management, or supplier operations.
• Direct experience with OSAT subcontractors in assembly, wafer sort, or final test.
• Experience with S&OP or demand-supply balancing processes.
• Ability to collaborate with engineering, test development, quality, IT, operations, suppliers, and other stakeholders.
