Staff Analyst, Supply Chain Operations

Location: Woodlands, Singapore, W3. Travel: None.

hirify.global's warehousing organization manages storage, inventory control, and distribution operations, using automation and AI technologies including the ASRS 4WS system.

What you will do

• Support daily warehouse operations managed by the 3PL, including receiving, storage, inventory management, and outbound shipments.
• Coordinate with the 3PL, logistics, procurement, production, vendors, and warehouse suppliers to resolve issues and maintain material availability.
• Maintain inventory accuracy through cycle counts, reconciliations, audits, KPI monitoring, and analysis of throughput, inventory turnover, and space utilization.
• Build Excel, WMS, and ASRS reports and dashboards to support operational decision-making and identify corrective actions.
• Support ASRS 4WS UAT, inventory migration, process training, troubleshooting, upgrades, and expansion projects.
• Assist with warehouse layout and racking design, material flow, commissioning, go-live, budget tracking, compliance, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Requirements

• Minimum 8 years of experience in warehouse or logistics operations.
• Diploma in Logistics or Supply Chain Management, or an O-Level/SPM equivalent qualification.
• Knowledge of Warehouse Management Systems and related technologies.
• Proficiency in Excel and data analysis for inventory and performance monitoring.
• Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills, with attention to accuracy and process discipline.
• Knowledge of safety, compliance, inventory control, and warehouse operating standards.

Nice to have

• Experience with Automated Storage and Retrieval Systems, including first-level ASRS 4WS troubleshooting.
• Experience with UAT, inventory migration, process training, WMS automation modules, or ERP integration.
• Experience with warehouse automation, ESD handling, lean principles, continuous improvement, budgeting, project management, or new warehouse migration.
