OSAT Operations Senior Staff Planner (Semiconductor)

What you will do

• Manage bump, sort, assembly, and test loadings at global subcontractors.
• Support timely customer order fulfillment while optimizing cost, cycle time, and inventory levels.
• Coordinate production issues affecting customer order fulfillment.
• Collaborate with engineering, test development, quality, business, sales, customers, and suppliers.
• Participate in cross-functional projects and provide status reports to management.
• Maintain subcontractor WIP and inventory reporting in Oracle.

Requirements

• Degree in Engineering or Information Technology.
• Proven experience in a similar planning role.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Ability to support system enhancements and use IT and Microsoft tools.
• Knowledge of Oracle is preferred.
• Related semiconductor assembly and planning experience is preferred.

Nice to have

• Knowledge of Tableau.
• Knowledge of RPA.
