Location: Wilmington, Clerkenwell, 69 Rosebery Avenue, Greater London, United Kingdom

Salary: £35,000–£40,000 per year plus bonus and service charge

What you will do

• Prepare, cook, and present high-quality dishes during busy service.
• Maintain food quality, consistency, presentation, hygiene, and safety standards.
• Support the Head Chef with the smooth running of the kitchen and efficient service.
• Help implement new menus, seasonal dishes, and promotions.
• Lead by example while motivating and developing junior kitchen team members.
• Work closely with the team to support guest satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience working in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Passion for fresh food and excellent guest experiences.
• Strong organisation and the ability to perform under pressure.
• Positive, team-focused attitude and strong communication skills.
• Commitment to food safety and allergen compliance.
• Sufficient spoken and written English to perform the role safely.
