What you will do

• Run a single store and set standards for performance, engagement, service, and brand excellence.
• Hire, coach, train, and develop high-performing teams while building clear career pathways.
• Deliver exceptional hospitality, improve NPS, and strengthen customer engagement and brand loyalty.
• Own store P&L performance, including sales, labour, profitability, revenue growth, and waste reduction.
• Maintain operational efficiency, health and safety, food standards, compliance, and speed of service.
• Support expansion through new store openings and cross-functional work with operations, finance, and people teams.

Requirements

• Full-time availability for 40 hours per week across five days.
• Availability during peak trading periods, typically Friday to Sunday.
• Strong leadership, coaching, commercial, operational, and data-driven decision-making skills.
• Ability to manage store performance while maintaining high standards of hospitality, compliance, and execution.
