Quality Supervisor (Food E-commerce)

Location: Warrington, United Kingdom. Full-time role on a 4-on, 4-off overlapping shift pattern.

What you will do

• Plan and coordinate the QA team’s daily roadmap, including one-to-ones, reviews, rotas, and holiday management.
• Promote a visit-ready quality culture and direct audits of production processes and raw materials.
• Coordinate non-conformances, track corrective actions, and develop permanent solutions with department managers.
• Supervise Pick Line Quality Controllers, improve data capture, resolve live issues, and support picking performance.
• Maintain and develop procedures for the Quality Management System.
• Coordinate quality requirements for new raw materials, including shelf-life, transit, and defrost trials.

Requirements

• Previous quality assurance experience in a fast-paced food, e-commerce, or manufacturing environment.
• Strong working knowledge of HACCP, BRC, and GMP standards.
• Experience with auditing and supervising shift-based teams.
• Strong problem-solving, attention to detail, flexibility, and ability to meet tight deadlines.
• High computer literacy, particularly with email, Excel, and Word.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
