Location: Bucharest, Romania; hybrid setup with most time spent in the workplace and flexibility to work from home

Supply Chain Operations connects customers with products through transport, logistics, replenishment, goods flow, and supply quality. Category Contract Logistics sources and operates outsourced warehouses and logistics services.
What you will do
- Lead the global quality agenda for Category Contract Logistics across consolidation points and warehouses.
- Build a single quality data foundation, define KPIs, and create Power BI reporting covering damage type, root cause, unit, region, and service provider.
- Benchmark network performance, identify best practices, and develop improvement plans for underperforming units.
- Define practical quality standards, SOP updates, exception and deviation handling, escalation paths, and launch checklists for new and temporary units.
- Develop training materials and build quality competence across business teams and service providers.
- Represent with outsourced logistics partners and lead additional category projects.
Requirements
- Solid knowledge of logistics operations, including warehousing, distribution, handling processes, and damage origins.
- Strong understanding of quality management in outsourced environments and partner-led performance improvement.
- Hands-on experience building Power BI reporting, working with operational data, and challenging data quality.
- Experience designing and implementing KPIs, working methods, and standard operating procedures.
- Experience developing training materials and influencing diverse stakeholders without formal authority.
- Relevant university degree, fluent English, and at least 7 years of relevant experience, including influence beyond one's own unit.
