Senior Expert (f/m/d) Procurement Regulations & Controls (Procurement Governance): Monitoring and translating regulatory and governance requirements into procurement processes, systems, supplier controls, and implementation projects with an accent on compliance frameworks, risk assessment, and cross-functional coordination. Focus on designing sustainable procurement controls, leading regulatory implementation initiatives, and supporting audits, training, and stakeholder guidance.
Location: Berlin and Erlangen, Germany; Hamburg, Germany; or Bucharest, Romania. International travel of up to 20% is required.

What you will do
- Monitor emerging regulations, governance requirements, and control expectations affecting Procurement.
- Assess the impact of regulatory requirements on procurement processes, systems, controls, and supplier management.
- Translate regulatory developments into actionable requirements, concepts, and implementation plans.
- Lead cross-functional projects to implement regulatory requirements and establish sustainable compliance concepts.
- Design and continuously improve procurement governance frameworks, processes, controls, and monitoring approaches.
- Coordinate with Procurement, Legal, Finance, Cybersecurity, Logistics, and other corporate functions, including audit support, compliance reviews, training, and awareness activities.
Requirements
- University degree in Business Administration, Procurement, Supply Chain Management, Engineering, Law, or a related field.
- Extensive professional experience in Procurement, Compliance, Governance, Internal Controls, Risk Management, or Consulting.
- Strong knowledge of procurement processes, governance models, and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Proven experience leading cross-functional projects in a global and international environment.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
- Business-fluent English and willingness to travel internationally up to 20%.
