What you will do

• Analyse and monitor adherence to the production plan across the short-term planning horizon.
• Develop production schedules and recovery plans, assessing impacts on workforce, machines, tooling, delivery dates, production buffers, and production partners.
• Prepare, participate in, and lead weekly Master Production and Detail Production Schedule meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Validate and formalise short-term planning and its impact on the industrial system.
• Build and analyse KPIs for production-plan execution and deliveries, then define improvement actions.
• Implement approved schedules in the production system and authorise manufacturing by converting work orders.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile interested in production planning and scheduling.
• Ability to analyse resource capacity, including operators, white-collar staff, machines, materials, tooling, and jigs.
• Ability to review work production schedules, MRP parameters, system results, and planning messages.
• Ability to coordinate with stakeholders and challenge commitments to maintain the agreed production plan.
