Junior Production Planner DP - 24 months

What you will do

• Analyze and monitor adherence to the production plan across the short-term planning horizon.
• Develop production schedules and recovery plans, considering workforce, machines, materials, tooling, delivery dates, production buffers, and production partners.
• Prepare, participate in, and lead weekly Master Production and DPS meetings with relevant stakeholders.
• Validate and formalize short-term planning and its impact on the industrial system.
• Implement approved production schedules in the production system and authorize manufacturing by converting work orders.
• Track production and delivery KPIs, define improvement actions, and update official planning and scheduling tools.

Requirements

• Entry-level profile suitable for a junior production planning position.
• Ability to analyze production plans, capacity requirements, MRP parameters, results, and system messages.
• Ability to coordinate stakeholders, challenge planning assumptions, and obtain commitments during weekly planning routines.
• Commitment to compliance, integrity, and responsible decision-making.
• Ability to work in Brasov, Romania.
