COA Licensing Client Services Associate II (Clinical Outcome Assessments)

Location: Sofia, Bulgaria; Bucharest, Romania; or Barcelona, Spain. Remote or office work is available.

What you will do

• Act as the primary client contact for COA licensing and translation services.
• Understand client needs and prepare proposals, timelines, and budgets.
• Manage requests from proposal through final delivery, including contracts, invoicing coordination, and documentation.
• Coordinate internal teams delivering licensing and translation services.
• Monitor project progress, deadlines, quality, and deliverables.
• Participate in client meetings, support negotiations, maintain accurate records, and contribute to process improvement.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience in client services, project management, or another client-facing role.
• Experience with COA or eCOA licensing, translation, or linguistic validation projects is preferred.
• Strong organizational, project management, analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines independently and as part of a global team.
• Professional proficiency in English, written and spoken.
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office applications and strong attention to detail.
