eCOA Licensing Associate (Clinical Outcomes Assessment)

What you will do

• Lead and prepare client-focused proposals, budgets, client grids, and cost assumptions for new business opportunities.
• Coordinate kick-off meetings, resource meetings, proposal development, and input from sales, operations, strategic proposal development, and other departments.
• Submit accurate final proposals on time and participate in client negotiations, discussions, and bid defenses.
• Clarify contract specifications and review proposals, budgets, and contracts with relevant stakeholders.
• Maintain filing and tracking tools and support departmental process improvements and special projects.

Requirements

• Expertise in eCOA and COA licensing.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office tools.
• Technical background with an understanding of software development and clinical technologies such as EDC, eCOA, and IWRS.
• Ability to adapt to change and manage competing priorities.
• Strong team-oriented approach and ability to collaborate with clients, clinical and scientific teams, copyright holders, vendors, sales, and operations.
