Senior Client Services Associate (Clinical Research)

What you will do

• Manage and grow copyright-holder accounts, maintaining engagement, satisfaction, and timely communication.
• Lead project planning, monitoring, reporting, feasibility research, costing, and proposal development for assigned accounts.
• Build relationships with Clinical Outcome Assessment copyright holders and developers to identify business opportunities and support revenue growth.
• Coordinate the setup and implementation of distribution processes for new COAs with internal teams.
• Conduct due diligence to verify and document copyright ownership.
• Advise clients and copyright holders on COA management, industry standards, and best practices while coordinating with licensing, legal, operations, and commercial teams.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of client management experience.
• Experience in contract management and strong organisational and analytical skills.
• Public speaking experience.
• Advanced English proficiency required.
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, particularly Microsoft Word for contract negotiations and amendments.
• Applicants must be based in the United Kingdom or Ireland.

• Experience in clinical research, Clinical Outcome Assessment, the pharmaceutical industry, or project management.
