Senior Engineer, New Product Development (Semiconductor)

Location: Kaohsiung City, Taiwan

Work on liquid filtration products and technical solutions for semiconductor manufacturing.

What you will do

• Lead new product development initiatives from concept through commercialization.
• Apply design of experiments and statistical analysis to optimize filter performance.
• Collaborate with global technical teams, customers, metrology, NPI, and process engineering teams.
• Prepare technical reports and presentations for internal and external stakeholders.
• Mentor and coach junior engineers across cross-functional teams.
• Publish technical work at internal and external conferences and support projects with up to 10% travel.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or materials science.
• Experience in semiconductor process or integration engineering is preferred.
• Hands-on experience with fluid handling equipment, filtration, or purification systems is preferred.
• Experience with project leadership, cross-functional collaboration, and problem-solving.
• Hands-on experience with design of experiments and statistical software such as Minitab, JMP, or Power BI.
• Excellent English communication skills required for cross-functional collaboration and technical reporting.
