is hiring for a manufacturing-focused product process engineering role.
What you will do
- Lead global RoHS and product environmental compliance initiatives as the primary product-line representative.
- Monitor regulatory changes, assess their impact on products, manage RoHS exemptions, and develop compliance action plans.
- Coordinate implementation with R&D, supply chain, manufacturing, and quality teams.
- Collect and manage RoHS data in the data management system.
- Analyze quality data, optimize IQC processes, and drive data-based continuous improvement.
- Coordinate engineering programs involving component end-of-life, assurance of supply, project risks, timelines, deliverables, and management updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or higher in engineering, manufacturing, mechanical engineering, electronics, materials science, chemistry, or a related discipline.
- At least 3 years of experience in manufacturing engineering, product engineering, quality engineering, compliance, or a related technical function.
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project coordination skills.
- Good communication skills in Chinese and English.
- Work location: Shanghai, China.
Nice to have
- Experience with RoHS, REACH, PFAS, or other environmental compliance requirements.
- Experience in engineering project management and cross-functional collaboration.
