Quality Program Manager (PLQPM, PC/AI) (PC quality management and AI): Governing end-to-end PC quality across R&D, manufacturing, reliability testing, mass production, and after-sales with an accent on quality systems, competitor benchmarking, and data-driven risk control. Focus on independently delivering complex quality projects, deploying AI-enabled inspection and fault-analysis strategies, and leading cross-functional teams to reduce defects and failure rates.

What you will do
- Lead closed-loop resolution of critical PC quality issues, mass-production failures, and escalated customer complaints across the full product lifecycle.
- Build and optimize PC-specific quality standards, workflows, and management systems covering design verification, suppliers, manufacturing, reliability testing, and after-sales.
- Assess quality risks for new PC products and conduct competitor benchmarking covering process standards, defect rates, after-sales systems, and market performance.
- Use production, testing, and after-sales data for root cause analysis, CAPA deployment, and reduction of failure and rework rates.
- Plan and deploy AI-enabled quality applications for automated inspection, anomaly early warning, intelligent fault classification, and quality data analysis.
- Lead quality engineering teams and collaborate with R&D, manufacturing, supply chain, customer support, suppliers, and OEM partners.
Requirements
- Master’s degree or above in Industrial Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Electrical and Electronics Engineering, Quality Management, Marketing, or a related discipline.
- 10+ years of experience in the PC industry, including PC hardware R&D or manufacturing.
- 5+ years of team management and end-to-end PC quality project leadership experience.
- Expertise in PC quality lifecycle management, SMT processes, assembly verification, reliability testing, supplier quality, and after-sales governance.
- Strong capabilities in data analysis, root cause analysis, CAPA, continuous improvement, NPI quality management, and project management.
- Strong market insight, cross-functional communication, decision-making, and risk-control skills.
Nice to have
- Experience deploying AI Agents or AI quality strategies.
- Experience at a leading PC brand or professional PC OEM factory.
- ASQ CRE, CQE, Six Sigma, quality patent, or enterprise innovation certification.
- Proven PC competitor analysis and end-to-end quality system optimization projects.
