What you will do
- Own and prioritize the product and service backlog for a production Google Cloud Platform Landing Zone.
- Lead discovery with client stakeholders and technical specialists to define scope, dependencies, responsibilities, and success criteria.
- Translate business and operational requirements into backlog items with clear acceptance criteria.
- Partner with the Architect to shape standardized cloud services and reusable Terraform modules.
- Define the operational service model, including incident escalation, service levels, on-call arrangements, and potential 24/7 coverage.
- Co-develop Cloud Broker use cases and track service value, adoption, onboarding lead time, delivery predictability, and operational targets.
Requirements
- Experience as a Product Owner, Technical Product Owner, or Service Owner in cloud platforms, infrastructure, or managed services.
- Working knowledge of GCP and cloud Landing Zone concepts.
- Understanding of Infrastructure as Code, especially Terraform, reusable modules, and standardized services.
- Experience with roadmaps, backlog prioritization, acceptance criteria, Agile delivery, production operations, incident management, and service levels.
- Strong stakeholder management and workshop facilitation skills across client, delivery, and partner organizations.
- Professional working proficiency in German and English is required.
Nice to have
- Experience establishing dedicated service teams or transitioning cloud platforms into managed operational models.
- Exposure to multi-cloud environments, particularly Microsoft Azure.
- Experience with cloud service catalogs, platform products, Cloud Broker models, or enterprise application onboarding.
- Relevant Product Owner, cloud, or IT service management certifications.
