TL;DR
Product Manager (AI/Digital Border): Shaping digital travel authorisation and traveller eligibility platforms for governments with an accent on AI, automation, digital identity, and secure border processes. Focus on translating regulatory requirements into product roadmaps, delivering scalable traveller-facing services, and measuring security, compliance, operational, and traveller-experience outcomes.
Location: Lisbon, Portugal or Prague, Czech Republic. Hybrid work with work from home up to 2 days per week; up to 30 days per year may be worked from any location in the world.

What you will do
- Lead discovery for digital travel authorisation, traveller eligibility, border security, and traveller experience products.
- Define product vision, strategy, roadmaps, measurable outcomes, and prioritised requirements.
- Translate government policies, regulations, traveller journeys, and operational processes into secure digital products.
- Work with Product Owners, architects, engineering, government agencies, and industry partners to deliver scalable travel authorisation capabilities.
- Apply AI to research, risk assessment, workflow automation, prototyping, analytics, and decision support.
- Build business cases, support go-to-market and government tender activities, and monitor product success metrics.
Requirements
- 5+ years of Product Management experience, including experience with digital platforms, traveller-facing applications, government technology, identity products, or workflow-driven systems.
- Strong product discovery, strategy, roadmap definition, stakeholder engagement, and communication skills.
- Experience delivering scalable, secure, high-performing digital products with engineering teams using agile methodologies.
- Experience with mobile applications or mobile-first digital services, including user experience, authentication, onboarding, and engagement.
- Ability to balance traveller experience with security, privacy, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Hands-on use of AI-enabled tools for research, analysis, requirements exploration, prototyping, risk assessment, and communication.
Nice to have
- Experience in border management, travel authorisation, eVisa, digital identity, traveller screening, immigration, or aviation technology.
- Experience with government agencies, public-sector organisations, or regulated industries.
- Knowledge of identity verification, biometrics, digital credentials, risk assessment, or fraud prevention.
- Experience with AI-assisted decision support, intelligent workflow automation, analytics, or risk-based operations.
