Technical Product Manager

What you will do

• Own the technical product vision and architecture direction for complex enterprise solutions.
• Shape scalable solution blueprints during presales and discovery, including problem statements, MVP scope, solution options, and technical trade-offs.
• Translate enterprise strategy into product roadmaps, epics, prioritized backlogs, and scalable product increments.
• Define system boundaries, integration points, technical risks, business cases, ROI hypotheses, and measurable product KPIs.
• Coordinate product and engineering teams across hirify.global, clients, and partners, collaborating with AI, Cloud, Data, and Engineering centers of excellence.
• Drive platform optimization, automation, AI enablement, continuous improvement, and alignment with senior client stakeholders.

Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience in product-driven technology environments such as IT consulting, SaaS, digital platforms, enterprise IT, or large-scale transformation programs.
• At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Product Manager, Platform Product Manager, or Enterprise Product Lead in organizations with 100+ employees.
• Experience owning complex technology-intensive products or platforms across architecture, data, integrations, and infrastructure.
• Knowledge of enterprise frameworks and IT governance standards such as TOGAF, ITIL, COBIT, or Zachman.
• Technical architecture expertise covering cloud, APIs, microservices, data platforms, integration patterns, data governance, scalability, security, and compliance.
• English proficiency is required for global cross-functional collaboration.
