Product Owner (AI)

Location: Remote

Salary: From €25 per hour, based on skills and experience.

What you will do

• Own a major product area end to end, including vision, roadmap, priorities, and results.
• Translate business goals and user needs into a prioritised backlog with clear user stories and acceptance criteria.
• Manage stakeholders across business, technology, and partners while aligning expectations and making trade-offs.
• Collaborate with engineers, designers, and QA throughout discovery, delivery, release, and post-launch improvement.
• Identify and deliver meaningful AI applications for the product and user experience, using AI tools for research, analysis, specifications, and decisions.
• Define success metrics, monitor product performance, and help take the product from pre-launch to scale.

Requirements

• At least 3 years of experience as a Product Owner or Product Manager working on software products.
• Hands-on experience with AI-powered products or features and active use of AI tools.
• Strong stakeholder-management, ownership, decision-making, and communication skills.
• Enough technical understanding to discuss architecture, trade-offs, and technical debt with engineers.
• Experience with product analytics, experiments, KPIs, backlog management, sprint planning, refinement, and Scrum practices.
• Excellent spoken and written English is required.

Nice to have

• Experience in e-commerce, fintech, payments, or cross-border products.
• Experience launching products from zero to one.
• Experience with startups or fast-growing products.
